You must set yourself as administrator.
Then, go to Tools
Internet Options
check the Security, Privacy, and Content tabs.
On the Content tab, click "enable."
On the General tab, you can set limits and ensure them with a password.
Hate to remind you of this -- sad but true -- but we cannot protect our kids when they leave the house. Better explain about the predators out there trying to entice our kids and the need to be careful.
