First, no Clinton did not. A head's up Canadian border control agent did.
Nor did Clinton catch all the people responsible for 2/26/93, or the other attacks during the 1990s. Bush caught the main guy besides OBL, Kalid, who has been involved in every attacks since that firs WTC attack.
Second of all, America under Bush has prevented several attacks, try reading up on things. At Least 10 Al-Qaida Terrorist Plots Thwarted Since 9-11. And we caught the people who committed most of the attacks during the 1990s.
Finally, terrorism has increased since 9/11, surely, but where? Iraq and Afghanistan, not here or elsewhere in the world, try looking at the stats: http://newsbusters.org/node/12431. The "ironic" thing is Iraq is the worst, but yet dems say it's not part of the WOT and we should leave, but go to a civil war in Africa instead.

Clinton did not really prevent anything. Bush has prevented further attacks like 9/11, has rid the world of thousands of terrorists, brought down an evil dictator, and freed 2 countries just to scratch the surface.

A Border Patrol agent at the Canadian border prevented the Millenium attacks. She stopped the terrorist with a vehicle full of explosives.
Bush has prevented additional WTC type bombings.

i don't care what he did i still don't like him. not his politics or the way he handled the country, just him. i hate that whole southern gentlemen facade. btw i was not of legal voting age in 92 or 96 and yes he should have been impeached for perjury but he never should have been in court to lie about his sex life in the first place.

Clinton also caught, charged and convicted the people responsible for the WTC bombing in 1993...removed al-qaeda from Bosnia....destroyed countless al-qaeda cells around the world....killed most of the people responsible for the embassy bombings in 1998....created a counter terrorism department in the president's administration and increased it funds profoundly.....got UN sanctions against Afghanistan for aiding al-qaeda. Bush before 9/11....absolutely nothing.

he prevented some guys cutting down the broklyn bridge with cutting torches. i dont believe its even possible to cut them down with torches but he prevented it. as far as i can tell he really hasnt done anything good.
