Pounds will very. Dancing is great! I dance different types 3 days a week for 2 hours each. Don't forget to stretch and keep eating right. You will have good results when the 3 months is up. When beginning out ALWAYS strech start off for 30 mins then keep going up after that at your own pace. Dont forget to stresch after as well.

Heck yeah, dancing can help you lose weight. I know because I go out dancing 4-5 nights a week for the past year or so and I've lost 30 pounds and built some good definition in my legs. I usually dance 2-3 hours and you're having so much fun you don't realize you're sweating up a storm. Try something heavy duty like swing or Latin dancing because that'll really get your heart racing. (Cute guys always a plus!) Good luck with your weight loss.

it does help u lose weight. probably 5 days a week u should do about 30 crunches 30 min. of cardio and 1 hour of dance

Amazingly! You can have fun dancing to your favorite songs while getting a load of physical activity! Its great if you do it 2-5 times a week for at least an hour! You can lose a few pounds per 2-4 weeks! Best of luck.

Absolutely! Dancing is the best exercise because you move to the music to dance to...I would calculate about 10-15 pounds, but your diet has a lot to do with it too. Try to avoid as many carbs as you can...No bread, no coke or regular sweetened drinks, no pastries, and no pasta. Coffee slows down the weight loss process too.

How many pounds depends on how fast you dance and for how long....I would dance at least 30 minutes a day 3 to 5 times a week......

It is recommended to walk at least 20 minutes daily, so I would estimate 15-25 minutes daily dancing for results (All seven days a week).

Yes, any form of exercise can help you lose weight. 13 pounds in 3 months is definitely doable if you eat healthy and keep exercising. Just don't over-do it. Good luck!
