It seems that the main argument that illegal immigrants use is that it is unethical to split parents and children, why dont they just take them with them, if there are any parents who would be willing to abandon their children because of that, I would have to say that thay are bad parents and that they should not blame the government for their own mistakes.

First of all, they are the ones that put themselves in that position by coming here illegally. Our government is deporting them because they don't know how to abide by our laws and come here legally. Therefore, it is not our problem....it is their own. Secondly, they can take their children home with them, but some of them are just using this to make our government look like they don't have hearts or family values. YOU PUT YOURSELVES IN THIS POSITION......

Don't come to OUR country illegally and demand that you be given citizenship. You aren't going to get it. That wouldn't be fair to the people that waited years to come here LEGALLY. Why would we want people who can't follow our laws? And enough of the protests.........I say we just start checking green cards at the rallys and deporting the ones that don't have one and are here by breaking our laws.

The parents want their childred to remain in the US to have a better life. It is an understandable sacrifice on behalf of the parents, so please don't assume they are bad parents. However, the imigrant should not in turn, use this as an argument against our current immigration laws. It was their decision to leave the little-ones behind.

I agree with you. The only thing I could think of is they want their children to be raised in America with a better future than they (parents) will have.

If they took the children with them, it would destroy a major emotional ploy. None of their arguments are based on logic.
