Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, no question. Nickleback is definitely not on the top of my list of favorites as it is, but RJA are less pop-y and have better lyrics. But that's just my opinion.

I like both of them a lot, it's so hard to choose.
BUT... right now my fave song is Your Guardian Angel, which is by none other than Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. So I guess I'd choose them =D
