Possibly a damper door, check to make sure that you have vaccum there. If you do, the diaphram is probably bad. If there is no vaccum there, your control switch may have a problem or you have a vaccum line that came unplugged. I would look for an unplugged vaccum line close to the control switch. Good luck.

do you mean when the a/c is on? If so then the door actuaitor for the drivers side is not working...or either some of the duct work has come loose...What happens when you change to the defrost .or the heat? Same thing..then you might want to check the passenger side, underneath the glove box and see if anything is loose....

There are several little directional doors in the "plenum". One or more may be broken, or the actuator may have fallen off...

Also, there are flex hoses behind the vents, one of them may be torn, or com off the vent outlet...

sounds like a blend door problem
