Nowhere. The shape is approximately restricting the federal government's ability over the citizenry, because of the fact the Founding Fathers knew first hand how repressive an all-useful government must be. it incredibly is basically one extra factor that made us unique on the time, that the constrained powers interior the Capitol have been set out needless to say and each little thing else became granted to the States. there's a reason we are mentioned as the rustic. Like a very good kind of Liberals, difficult would not understand that making conflict interior the call of national protection is between the few powers granted to the federal government. That has no longer something to do kinfolk commerce, or forcing deepest voters to have interplay in commerce against their will.

How cool!!!
First to Frugernity, You threw out the words Monetary and Fiscal Policy. And that it is Governments job to control the Economy and to provide jods? Do you even know what Monetary and Fiscal Policy mean? Control of inflation comes from the Federal Reserve in the form of interest rates. They will inch them up if inflation is on the horizon, to slow borrowing, expansion and excess spending. Which reduces overall output. They lower them when the Economy is sluggish, so people and companies can borrow for expansion and increased industrial out put.
The ONLY role the Government CAN play in the Economy is the use of taxes.
I urge anyone to do some research at the IRS, and it may startle that the top 1% wage earners in the U.S. account for over 50% of tax revenues. Wxpand that to the top 5% and you get over 80% of tax revenues.
So I ask my friends, what is it your asking the Government to control or fix, Democrat or Republican???
Over 55% of the Federal go's for Social Programs as it is (Military 24%). Don't you think that may have to change? As far as jobs going overseas it was CLINTON, the Liberal God, who signed NAFTA. Not sure how you can blame that on Bush, but I'm sure you will find a way...
Please don't spout Economic terms from Econ 101 without actually applying tham to waht they mean...

It is to important to be left to the private sector. Also government created jobs can be given out in a manner that will be politically correct and help reduce white privilege in this country. The conservative Protestant work ethic should and will be harnessed to provide tax revenue and not be wasted on their families welfare. The Demos have a different type of welfare planned for their earnings.

Liberals believe in a government of total responsibility and zero authority. It is the government who is ALWAYS to blame but should never tell anyone what to do. Katrina is a perfect example. How dare the government tell people to get out, but it's their fault that people were killed and injured. To a lib, nobody is responsible for anything except doing whatever they want, and everyone else (government) will pay. ALL liberals come in one of two flavors, stupid or evil.

One legitimate role of the government is to manage the economy. One of the many lessons of the Great Depression is that "every man for himself" doesn't work unless it can be tempered with various restrictions. We need rules within which competition can take place. We also came to understand that the boom/bust cycles in the economy must be managed within an acceptable range to avoid economic catastrophes. One of the ways the economic cycles can be controlled is by fiscal and monetary policies that mainatin employment at a level that is neither too inflationary nor too recessionary.
So if the employment levels are too low that does represent a falure on the part of the government to properly manage the economy.

The liberals think it is the governments role to provide everything. It goes back to the Great Depression and the New Deal.

Thei entire basic outlook on life is Gov is their friend and will provide...no individual output is needed...just vote for us and we will provide all you need...of course that requires a network of working class to take the money from and they require their own party to provide some relief as a check and balance to runaway vote buying and to allow them to kep the money they earn rather than pay for midnight basketball thence the Repub party (civics 101)

Clinton- Balanced budget, money surplus, revitalized military,
economic recovery, more private sector jobs that payed well,
Bush- inflation, interest rate problems, biggest national debt ever with no plan to pay it, screwed over our troops and military with abuses even though he stepped into office with it in good condition. Biggest disparity in top and bottom wages ever. More home foreclosures than ever. More homeless women and children than ever. More people without health care than ever. 100+ soldiers killed in April.
