only your dealer can program the remotes anyway, so just call them with your vin # and see if it came equipped with keyless. if it did, they can program new remotes no problem.

If your car came with them orginially, then yes you can. You can take it to the dealer and have him program them. I assume you will have to go to the dealer and get the remotes anyway. If you already have the correct remotes, look on some Dodge fan sites and see if you can find the way to program them. It will be simple, and it may even be covered in the owner's manual. There is some kind of sequence that you have to do to program them, like turn the key on and off eight times and leave it in the on position and then hit and hold the key fob button. (This is just an example of how to do the programming and is most likely not the correct way to do it for a Dodge.)

You can contact a dealer .A dealer can use the vin number to tell you if your car came out with keyless, and if it did they can get codes to program a new remote.

Just go to a Chrysler or Dodge dealer. They will have the remotes(fabs) and they can program them for you. Expect them to cost (programmed) about $100 each

You need to go to the dealer and they can sync your remote to the car. I think it was about $40 when I had it done with some other things. There were some do it yourself guides somewhere online that involved setting a jumper but I never tried that.

without a working remote you would have to have the remotes programed with a factory dedicated scan tool, drb3.
