Texas is not Dubya's native state. Connecticut is! As for going on speaking tours, one has to be able to do that before one is asked. If he is asked to go on tour, it will be to serve as an example of how not to deliver a speech. He would be a perfect example of malapropisms, twisted and garbled speech, illogic, and you name it. If there's a way to butcher the English language, Dubya will find a way to accomplish it.
