I had a life threatening disease. I was always grateful for my family and friends prior to that but when you come out on the other side, you are even more grateful for everything. Even for the rain as well as the sunshine. Each day is seen with new eyes. While the disease and treatments were horrible, the newness in seeing the dawn of each new day is really nice and exciting.

I have known my neighbor for 20 years our sons use to hang out together. She and I just would say hi that is it. In 1998 I had Breast Cancer and my son told her. She was at the hospital to be with my husband and son. Ever since I have had many surgeries and even a mastecomy and she has always been there. She is my best friend in the whole world. Now when we watch Dancing with the Stars we call each other during commerical breaks to talk about it even during American Idol.

She has always been there for me and that is the nicest think anyone has ever done for me.

well i was walking in the jungle, and then fell into this pit of quicksand. i was sinking, just seconds away from my death, when channing tatum and shia labeouf walked up. they broke into random song and dance. finally, after i realized that although i was enjoying their rendition of "popular" from the hit musical "wicked", my life still needed to be rescued. with my last breath i gasped for them to please use their talents to save me. shia quickly dug a hole in the quick sand so i could get out (he's good at digging holes eh) and channing....well channing's talents weren't of much use at this particular moment. once i escaped the wrath of the quick sand, the three of us returned to my jungle tree house, and play a wholesome game of clue. (and just in case you were wondering, it was colonel mustard, with the candlestick, in the ballroom.)
