If you could have everything you wanted, you'd get bored.
It would be like pleasure without pain or joy without sorrow.
If you have pleasure without pain, then you aren't feeling anything, because you've never felt pain before and therefore won't know what true pleasure feels like until you've experienced pain.
If you have joy without sorrow, then you'll always be sorrowful, because there will be nothing to be joyful about!

It's action and reaction...cause and effect...ying and yang...
You eat the cake cause you like it but you take responsibillity at the same time for the fat you get.
You make a choice and that's always good!
If the cake was delicious and had 0 calories you'd be able to eat so much cake that in the end you'd get sick of it.
This way whenever you commit a little "sin"...it feels sooooo good!:-)

ooooh and thinking positive is way better than thinking negative, that way you attract positive things instead of negative.

Yes for every action there is a reaction whether it is good or not. My science told me that in 8th grade and I thought he was full of it. Unfortuantely I had to learn the hard way as I got older.

You just explained the duality of the universe. A very thoughtful question. Why not post it in Philosophy?

You have sex.
Positive: Feels good
Negative: Nothing, well maybe a few hard orgasmic farts, if you're doggying style.
