All you have to do is unhook the positive or negative or both terminals that is connected to the battery. Let it set for about 15 minutes then hook the battery back up and it will reset the computer.

Disconnecting the battery as some have suggested MAY but SHOULDN'T work. It's free to try but you still may end up clearing codes with a scanner, you can buy the cheapest OBD2 reader for less than $50.

If you disconnect the battery you will reset the computer and it will reprogram while the car runs. it may take a few hour to totally reset
