what all the test that are ran? what can I expect?

You need to call your doc. & ask him/her what kind of test to expect & what you need to do for your physical. The blood work usually isn't done when you have a physical, you need an order for that & other tests as well. It also depends what age you are what tests are warranted.
They will probably do a pap smear, since you haven't seen a doc. for a while. They will weigh you, check your BP (Blood Pressure) & ask your medical history, as well as any meds your on. You need to record them or bring them in with you.
I suggest writing down any concerns you have, so you won't forget when you see the doc.

YOU NEED TO GO IN FASTING NOTHING BUT WATER 12 TO 14 HOURS YOU WILL PROBABLY DEPENDING ON AGE HAVE CHOLESTEROL TEST PROSTATE TEST IF YOUR A GUY AND SOME TO TEST YOUR HEART LIVER AND KIDNEYS. I WORK IN A DOC OFFICE AND THATS OUR NORM FOR A PHYSICAL. AS FAR AS THE TIME WITH THE DOC THEY WILL TAKE YOUR VITALS (BLOOD PRESSURE TEMP ETC) YOU WILL TELL HIM IF ANYHTING IS WRONG ACHES PAINES DEPESSION ETC THEN HE WILL DO A PAP IF YOUR A GIRL A PROSTATE CHECK IF A GUY AND BREAST CHECK IF WOMAN. ASK IF YOU NEED MEDS OR REFILLS THEN SEND YOU TO THE LAB FOR BLOOD AND TELL YOU WHEN YOU NEED TO COME BACK. GOOD LUCK

I forget what I sadi to a simalir quest. but you can have youyre doc explain what hes going to do. Also im to lazy to go search for the question but its one i answersd within the past 10 min.
