Are you talking about the Patriot Act which was approved by the house and the senate? In case you forgot there are Liberals in the house and congress. Why don't people realize that these "warrantless domestic surveillance of US citiziens" was pass by congress when they passed the PATRIOT act. It isn't illegal. Just because you don't like Bush doesn't mean you can impeach him. Truman had an 18% approval rating when he left office, nobody tried to impeach him.
You should be the one reading about FISA!!! It was AMENDED!!!! in 2001 by the PATRIOT ACT!!!
