Good plan to kill Sylar on Heroes! and other questions..?

All Peter has to do is be around Hiro..get the ability to stop time..get around Sylar..stop time..than have anyone (probably Hiro) kill him.

Anyone else have a good plan?

Also, in last night's episode (spoiler alert if you haven't seen it):

If Claire was killed..and Sylar lived b/c he didn't have her power. But they actually saved her..so she was just magically alive? She couldn't have been alive the whole time or else Sylar would have died. It seemed like her dad (not Nathan) knew she was alive already.

Another question about last night:

What was Hiro talking about DL, and some others when he was talking to the guy with the glasses? They said DL was dead. Which he was for Sylar to have his powers. So I think I missed some of the convo b/c I thought he was saying that they were alive.

He's already been around Hiro so he has that ability already.

In that years past, Peter was the bomb, and they blamed it on Sylar because who wants a president where his brother is one who blew up NYC? therefore Sylar did not need Claire's ability because Peter was the bomb and he already had that healing power.

Sylar then took over Nathan's position (I assume after killing him), also after killing DL, Micah, the illusionist, and Ted the Nuclear guy.

BUT, hopefully that will not be the future, since Hiro and Ando went back to the past to change the outcome.

Claire was not killed. Sylar does not have her power. However, they thought she was dead. We know Sylar does not have her power because he wanted it when he saw her, he wanted immortality.

Sylar may have survived Hiro's sword through other means we do not know about. Maybe Linderman healed him? Maybe he had already killed DL and the sword went through him?

Hiro thought DL was still alive, because DL had gone into hiding. However, after DL went into hiding, Sylar found him and stole his power. This is evident because Sylar was able to go through walls. Not everybody knew that DL had been killed though, because his new identity was a secret.

As far as a plan to kill Sylar, can't the Haitian do it? He can just nullify Sylar's powers and then take him out.
