She says its because she only wanted to sign a contract for one year and abc wanted her to sign one for five years.

She is still on The View, until the end of June, when her contract expires.
She did not reach an agreement with ABC about a new contract. They offered her 3 years for $6 million. She asked for 1 year for $10 million.
She knew it was high and they would probably say no. Her whole family voted for her to stay home and not go back to work, so she asked for something knowing they probably wouldn't accept it.

How about because she is rude, crude and bitter? I am so over her bashing our military members. Military service is about patriotism, not politics, and Rosie's fire needs to be smothered. Good ridance to her.
