If you have acne be sure to use moisturizer. If you don't your face will produce more oil. First wash your face in warm water and use an exfoliating scrub like Morning Burst (that's what I use). Then rub it off with a warm washcloth. Pat your face dry and apply a little bit of oil-free ultra light moisturizer. Hope that helps!

This is my face wash routine whether I have acne or not:
1) wash face with lukewarm water (first I splash water on my face and then I use a wash cloth).
2)apply my Olay Daily Facial Scrub wash for about 30 seconds
3)rinse face off with lukewarm water (with wash cloth only)
4) let face air dry for a minute
5)apply Olay daily moisturizer with SPF 15.

*I use a wash cloth because i have trouble keeping the water in the sink. lol!

I'm not sure if there is a "right" way to wash but every face is different so my best answer for you is to experiment.

WORST THING YOU CAN DO!!!!! Ohmy god when you put cold water on at the end it makes ur skin hard to breathe and doesnt close the pours!!!!.

Ist step.. apply warm water to face

2nd step... Use a cleanser

3rd step.. Splash your face 5 times with water, and wipe of the excess after with warm face cloth.

4th step.. Buy toner. It evens out the colour on ur face. Spray it on ur face and put it all around

5th step.. put moisteriser on it.

6th step: (exspecilaly ,if you get sweaty) put tea tree oil on your face (you can get that from the body shop ask for the specific one for your face)

The best place to buy face prodects is AVEDA!!!!!! works fo me.

ALMOST!

Use warm water with a FACEWASH and rub counterclock wise for however long it takes to wash your whole face and neck.

5-15 splashes of COLD water is really good for your face.

NEVER RUB YOUR FACEEE WITH A TOWEL!!!

Patting is better.

Then apply lotion

You need to make sure you are using a toner and an oil free moisturizer as well. It will keep your face from drying out and producing more oil.

if you tend to break out make sure to apply toner afterwards. Toning closes your pores so oil are not produced because oil is what collects dirt and other debris to builup inside your pores and then causes you to breakout. then mooisturizer.
