My wife and I trade off the cooking duties, she has things that she specializes in such as southern and Italian cuisine and do well with the more fancy style such as crown roast and lamb or veal. We have a great partnership.

I am! I like to see what's in the kitchen and make something around that (no plan, just what's available) and everyone likes what I make almost all the time. I clean up as I go so there's not a big mess after the meal.
I'm a good baker too.
(Mostly I'm the best cook because no one else will do it!)
