All food is good for you and all for can be bad for you. If you eat only subway food you will probably not get a balanced diet. The key to good eating is moderation.

Subway food is good for you, if you eat it in moderation. Eating and gorging out on subway food isn't healthy, but the basic food at Subway is good and healthy for you.

It's not as bad for you as McDonald's!

Most of the breads they serve are only mildly complete - if you get one with whole grains, you're doing yourself a favor.

I don't think, personally, that sliced deli meat is your best source of protein, but again, there are worse foods, and if you're on the run, Subway is healthiest.

Avoid mayo and soft drinks (even diet ones).

I love Subway! I just had it for lunch today. I usually get a turkey sub on wheat. Mayo and cheese are no good but I do splurge once in a while. They have good alternate choices now for sides such as apples, low fat chips, milk, etc.

I want to sue subway for false advertising. they claim to sell fresh subs, but which part is fresh - the pre-sliced meat? the pre-sliced veggies? I don't see anything being prepared "fresh" like Blimpie's used to do, where they would actually slice the meat and cheese right in front of you like at a real deli. Subway is gross...
