Do NOT use Windex! Actually you should not use anything with alcohol or amonia.

Windex is not good to use on a LCD screen. Mix 50% alcohol and 50% water, in a spray bottle, spray it onto a clean soft cloth (I use a T-Shirt) wipe it gently over the screen. Turn off the screen first. It does a great job, and will dry almost immediately..I have been doing this for years..good luck..

Windex is NOT ok. use water with a little mild soap mixed in.
Demineralized water is even better.
put a little on a soft rag and gently clean your screen.
No Windex.

I'm paranoid about my computer, so I only use the spray made especially for cleaning computer screens. I wouldn't try the glass cleaner.

there are micro-fiber dust cloths that work using static electricity (no sprays needed) to clean dust off things. Get one of those - they work great.
