I have a sand filter in my pool, i just change the sand, now I have sand coming into the pool, what can I do?

What can i do to avoid all this sand coming into the pool??

Sand in the pool? This is most likely the result of a broken lateral. The laterals are located at the bottom of the filter and will require removal of the sand to repair.
