He is so proud of his wheeliebin...its his way of saying.....Yo peeps...try and keep up with the Jones'.

Now if the whole neighborhood got a wheeliebin and dragged it out at like 11:30, 12:20, 1:36 & 3:33 he would lose the super attitude.

he's just asking for it. quick, call the police and get him a ticket for disturbing the peace next time he does it.
