It means that he meant what he said when he said he would stay in Iraq even if no one but his wife and his dog agreed with him. It proves that he is ruled by hubris. It means more of our American soldiers will die for a Bush death so that he and his big oil and big business buddies can get even richer. It means Bush is a piece of SHlT.

Okay, the actual definition of Veto is a vote that blocks a decision. It means that congress voted to pass the bill, but Bush has the power to veto a bill which means his ruling overrules whatever they vote for. So, ultimately its the president who gets to make the decision.

It means that Congress will not get my son, an Army Officer,
killed by telling the enemy when we will be leaving.
It further means that Iraq has a chance of staying a democracy. The plan by Congress & the Senate assures that the democratic goverment will be overthrown.

It is a bluff and don't mean anything, all political since Bush has lost all credibility as a leader/decider lame duck president. His veto would be his last hurray for the loyal Bushies.
