There isn't a good republican running for 08.
I'm not sure you can find one. I'm basically looking to cross party lines because I'm a foolish American that still believes our elected rep's are to do the will of the people. republicans refused and laughed in our faces.
As for the comment on Clinton letting bin laden get away.
There is footage from covert satelite op's that showed bin laden on a camel. This is true. SO IS THE TECHNOLOGY.
1. Clinton gave the order to take him out. It wasn't followed. Co-incidently cheney gave an order to shoot down a plane during 9/11 and supposedly it wasn't carried out. Unfortunate as it it, it does happen.
2. If we have the technology to pick bin laden out on a camel (actually we have the capabilities to read the mfg of a golf ball , pretty good stuff) then WHY didn't our intelligence community know exactly where the WMD's that were claimed to be there, could be found? We have that technology, it's a fact. Not commonly known of course, but the media won't put it out there. This might even go pooof in 10 seconds
It's good to hear that Tony Snow is doing well. He has medical insurance and money to cover his cancer treatment.

You are an idiot if you think that the Democrats are really interested in these things too. They only use these issues as a political platform, and so would the Republicans if they thought it was beneficial. Why can't we go to a consumption tax so that we can all be left alone by the government? Won't ever happen though. The politicians are interested in only one thing...re-election and power. They could care less about anyone else because Washington corrupts everyone. BOTH SIDES!!!

Other. Allowing ignorant left wing morons to control congress will ultimately kill America, not just Americans. As far as I know the debate over climate change is not a political issue, the dumbocrats have MADE it one. Harvesting embryonic stem cells will kill as many babies as your liberal abortion rights do and drinking water standards have become ridiculously stringent, as a Water Treatment Operator for more than 30 years, I know what I am talking about. The Iraq war is in the state it is, because politicians won't let the professionals fight it. The dumbocrats should butt out!
