Nothin! had to go to a doctor's appointment, I've got a cold, and my mother yelled at me so nothin good has happened to me yet. but I try to do good things :)

Hmmmmm.....well, I'm on a food detox program and I feel good!!! I've lost 2 pounds in three days.....it has made ME feel pumped!!
