I offered this suggestion to a photographer friend of mine and then to some other creatives in my life. Each person has interpreted this in their own ways.
The challenge is to go to one place and create 30 . . .
One person wrote 30 haiku while sitting in a single spot. Another took 30 photographs from a single place (a window, if I remember correctly.) Another person took one image and photoshopped it 30 times in different ways working with different effects.
So, given that you have a camera/film, why not take 30 minutes of film of . . . go for a walk, 30 minutes in one direction. Stop. Start filming. For 30 minutes. Just let your camera find things.
You say you are a filmmaker. You may not film anything great but you may film something that will surprise you or find yourself playing with angles in a way that you have never tried before (and may want to use again in the future). Allow yourself happy accidents in what you film and then see what you can use in the future.

make a film about my husbands x- who is evil, who hurts people and is in court all the time- and she slept with her birth father after finding him when she was 30- to get his money.
This has all kinds of twists and turns- you would not believe it is really true.
He dies- she leaves him on his bed and cleans out his accounts- after she forges his signature and hides the mercedes, then she calls the wife- he died. She got a million dollars, the family investigates, and another law suit is in the courts. True story.
