Ok so I got my nose pierced with a gun and they put an earring stud in! very bad idea I know now . . . I have just been reading all these awful stories and I am freaking out a little . . about cartilidge infections and dropping off ears . . due to gun piercings! I had a little problam after the first two days as it swelled up and the earring got embedded but then went to this other proper place and they gave me a proper nose earring . . .but now I am sat here worrying . . . the swelling has gone down . there is a little scab around it . . anyone had this happen before? any problems? will it leave a bigger scar? like how big?

Second, the gun. YOU DO NOT USE A GUN FOR ANYTHING BUT LOWER EAR PEIRCINGS!
Do some warm saltwater soaks & next time research. If it starts to look funky, i'd take it out. You can risk getting a keloid.

The same thing happened when I got my ears pierced again. There shouldn't be anything to worry about, but don't pick at the scab and keep the nose ring in. Also be sure to clean it properly.

k so heres the thing, i had my nose pierced bt i got infected...so jsut make sure u take care of it. and since u have the right nose ring in there u should be fine. but whatever you do dont take it out for a long time, no more then a minute, it closes up fast!!

Not to scare you, but my cousins got infected and got inside his nasal passage. He had to have surgery.
