if particles are constantly dashing between universes, doesn't that mean that we are constantly dashing between universes and that quanta are actually particles dashing between universes?

There's no compelling reason to believe that particles are dashing between universes. The one universe we have gives them more than enough room to do all the crazy stuff they do.

From where do you get the idea that particles are constantly dashing between universes? Sounds like pure speculation to me. But if you grant the premise, then your conclusion makes sense.

Where did you get the assumption that particles are constantly dashing between universes ? Your premise is very wrong.

Particles are produced from the collapse of wave functions within a local field. They are physical objects, relative to the universe they are produced within.
We can only travel to another universe by moving outside the one we're in. Not so easy to do physically, methinks.

Perhaps the particles aren't moving at all, it's the universes that keep changing around them.
