Yes it shows up and it depends on what your job is. If your job requires you to drive long distances or do lots of driving while doing business for your employer than it is a big deal. If you are sitting behind a desk all day, it is not as big of a deal.

Yes it will show up on your record check and yes it is a big deal. Your possible future boss may look at this as a person that has a drinking problem, a person that has no common sense and drinks and drives and a person that he does not want driving his company vehicles because of possible liability problems.
