I would say that it depends. Sometimes I can win the moment. It requires a great deal of strength, however, and I haven't always got it. I'd say that winning the moment is better than having the moment win you. When the moment wins, you can lose control of yourself and that isn't a very good thing.

I think the moment wins you, because there are an infinate number of possibilites as to what that moment could have been and you really have no control over it.
So I like to look at it like all these moments are racing for me as the prize. (Actually I never look at it like that but it sounded cool)

Both. At times winning the moment..and at times, going with the moment and letting the moment win us. Ofcourse, in the 2nd case, we are still winning the moment....because of our positive attitude. :)
