I do not do tanning beds! I'm young and not interested in skin cancer. I lay out occasionally after school but I will be in the sun a lot more this summer. Once you have a good tan what can you do to make it last longer? I am fair skinned but I tan pretty easily. It fades quikly though. How can I make it last?

In 20-30 years, you'll probably be sorry. Fair skin is not meant for tanning. The best you can do is moisturize, moisturize, moisturize and try to protect your skin as best as possible.

Really though, if you want color, look into using a self tanning lotion or getting a spray on tan.

once you're contained in the tub or bathe; Exfoliate. After bath or bathe; moisturize. i comprehend how you sense because I were given a tan merely through being in my backyard in London and that i like it to very last and so a thoughts both thoughts are operating. Oh and also, you could attempt determining to purchase a steady self tanner; one which i in my opinion recommend is Johnson's vacation pores and skin. It builds up a steady tan by the years, has a glow to it- yet not too extravagant, and enables moisturize to keep your tan topped up. wish this helped! :)

Jergens, Nivea, any moisturizer with tanning ingredients will not only keep your skin healthy, but keep that healthy tan glow longer.

Dont forget to moisturize after your in the sun. Otherwise your skin will get that leathery old look after a while. The sun zaps your natural oils out of your skin, and its up to you to put it back in.

Happy Tanning!!!

make sure u use a good moisturizing tanning lotion...i recommend getting the kind formulated for tanning bed use, even for outdoor tanning...they are 100x better than the regular tanning lotions...also, be sure to moisturize your skin after u shower...moisturized skin tans better & keeps your color looking good...also, exfoliate regularly to get rid of dead skin cells, which can make your color look dull...happy tanning!!!
