There is surgery, which is very expensive and painfull. You could take pills, they advertise them all the time in magazines. I heard that they cause cancer so I wouldn't trust them. There could also be very unhealthy ingrediants and side effects that come with the pills. The thing I would suggest doing is working out at the gym, or even your home. Focus on the upper part of your body. Ever notice how muscular guys have almost like breasts. This is from working out and when women work out they also increase in size in the bust area. The last thing I would reccomend you do is gain some weight. When I had gained weight before, it felt like all the fat was going to my boobs! I had increased the size of my breasts and only gained about 5 or 6 pounds! Lastly, there are different kinds of natural healthy pills that can be found at a pharmacy or any place that sells pills such as fenugreek. They will increase the size of your breasts if taken long enough. Read the following article on which pills to take to increase your bust size: http://www.bodyandfitness.com/Information/Womenhealth/enlargement.htm
Good luck and I hope you get your wish of having bigger boobs! If all goes well and you achieve bigger boobs, buy a good quality push-up bra from Victorias Secret, which will also make your boobs appear even bigger! This one works very well (I have it):http://www2.victoriassecret.com/commerce/application/prodDisplay/?namespace=productDisplay&origin=onlineProductDisplay.jsp&event=display&prnbr=ZN-209457&page=1&cgname=OSBRPPUPZZZ&rfnbr=2789
Good luck again and I hope all goes well for you!

Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience with the CurvyBust cream. I'm 24 years old and I've spent pretty much my whole life wishing I had slightly larger breasts. I'm normally a size A, I'd love to be a size B, especially when I wear certain kinds of low cut tops. I have a good figure, and I like what I have, but every now and then I would like a little bit more. Even if I had the money, (which I don't because I am a college student with loans to pay off), I would never consider going under the knife just to go up 1 cup size. So that's been my dilemma.
I found out about curvybust cream when I was flipping through (Yahoo Answers). To be honest with you, I'm not the type of girl who would consider spending money on a cream that promises to increase breast size. It just seems like an impossible thing to claim. But there were three reasons that I decided to go for it:
1) I contacted them via their website because I had a question about the cream being OK for sensitive skin (which it is, because it is made of natural botanical ingredients.)
2) I was really impressed by their customer service and willingness to explain everything to me. 3) They offered me a free 12 day supply with no obligation, (I just had to pay the shipping costs- I wasn't too thrilled with that but it was still worth it to get the free product).
Well, it's actually working! There is a noticeable difference in the size of my breasts! It's only been 10 days, and they say that the true final results won't appear until about the 4-6 month time frame, but based on what I can see, (and what my boyfriend can feel) there's definitely a difference. My breasts are standing out more, and they are fuller and rounder. Sometimes I am able to go out without a bra, now I can't. And I have a feeling that I might have to actually buy new bras if the growth continues. I'm looking forward to seeing how the next month goes. There might actually be a size B in my future! Woohoo!

Technically they're is no way to make your bust bigger besides pregnancy and plastic surgery which I doubt you want to do. The size of your bust is determined by genetics. They're are creams that are supposedly supposed to make your bust APPEAR bigger, like Pout's Bustier Bust Enhancing Cream available at Victoria's Secret. You can also try a push-up padded bra. Or a push-up gel or water bra. Hope that helps.

I too was looking to get implants but it's just way to expensive for me to afford at this time. There's no exercises that you can do to make your breasts appear larger. The only way to go is with a good bra not padded but one that lifts, victoria secret has nice ones that aren't padded and lift your breasts and trust me they will look much bigger. If your looking for natural ways theres nothing you can really do the size of them depends on genes and if your already 17 chances are that's how big they are going to get. If you gain weight they will naturally get bigger but i wouldn't gain weight just to get bigger breasts. Sadly your in the same boat as me theres nothing you can really do.

Short of surgery and pregnancy, none that I know of. Be a visual liar and get an awesome padded bra. Do they still make those water bras? Those work too.
