It looks like either pepperoni or beacon. I haven't tried it yet, because I'm not sure how it's gonna taste. It looks pretty disgusting with the beans and all. The old Crunch Wrap was really good though.

yeah, the old crunch wrap is the jam.
My husband got the 7 layer, and loved it. I think the red thing were little tort strips.

They are red tortilla chips put in for the 'crunch' in the 7 layer crunch wrap.

actually, i think the red stuff is the red chips just put in there for crunch, and color. pepperoni and bacon are not used in spanish cooking.....even if it is taco bell.

that red stuff is called "crunch strips" it's made out of leftover taco material and colored red with food coloring.
