We did get the DNA test...and it proved that I was not the dad.

I'm sorry.
I'm just wondering how old the child is and how long you have known this girl, are their other children that are affected, lots of different things. Any situation like this is difficult. If the child is old enough to have formed a real attachment with you and you can and want to continue a "relationship" I say, "why not?!" Anyone can be a father, it takes someone special to be a Dad.
The way to remedy this from happening in the future is to practice SAFER SEX!!!!
Basically, you dodged a bullet so to speak so, be smart till your really ready to settle down and afford a child a good solid life.

No, and I never will. I will always know who the father of my children is because Im not a sl*t, I don't sleep around with many different guys at the same time. Plus, I'm in a commited relationship now and he is the only man I want to be the father of my children. Hopefully we will have some soon:)
Oh and btw...I'm sorry the girl did that to you, it's so messed up. Little hoe should keep her legs closed next time.

I would never do that! I would never put myself in a situation to not know without a doubt who the father of my baby was.

no i have never been pregnant...but my hubbies cuz is going through that with his ex-girl friend...she said she is 4 months prego by him and they broke up 6 months ago and he hasnt been with her any...we know he lives with us with 11 other people!
sorry that it has happened to you...if she is prego wait till she has the baby and get a paternity test if she already has it get one if you havent...if you already got one the i guess you done it already!
