I'm always worried I'm going to have a big white patch in the middle of my shoulder blades! Anyone have any good solution?

u can buy a long-handled lotion applicator at your local tanning salon, or just put the lotion on the back of your hand & run the back of your hand up your back, that`s how i apply my body lotions, tanning lotions, etc...

Having someone help you is your best bet - they can get more even coverage.
