With Webshots Desktop you can download 5 professional quality photographs per day, but there's the Webshots Community, where you can download as many photographs as you like. I've currently got hundreds of photographs on my computer, and I cycle through them (as wallpaper images) every 15 minutes.

You do need to sign up to be able to do this, but you don't get bombarded with unsolicited mails.

Give it a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

It depends on the type of pics you are looking for. Shutterstock or flickr or photobucket are good ones. Or you can just do an image search on yahoo search for a particular photo and save it to your computer.

If you do a search on Google.com/images that'll come up with loads. Just type in what sort of pic you want and you'll get a huge choice :)

Try photobucket, I forget the address but shouldn't be difficult to google. People publish their pics on their for all to see and use.

Not all artwork on the net is free to use so check the copywrite; Flickr users may let you use their artwork.
And do a google for 'free stock image'.

try http://www.flickr.com
It's a really well done site and has millions of photographs in every category imaginable (if not yet then very soon ;-)
