you can multiply the numerator and denominator by (x-3)/(x-3) to wind up with x-3. Then you have x-3-3 or x-6. Better practice up on this sort of stuff.

if the second -3 is not in denominator then the answer in terms of x is: (10x-3)/(1-3x)
