Physically, an orgasm, right as your hitting the height of it. But emotionally, I'd have to say knowing that someone loves you as much as you love them....unconditionally. Like last night my son gave me a hug and a kiss and said "I'm gonna hate it when you die." I could have cried it made me so happy.

Well there is lots of things but depends on who you are and what stands out to you.... me myself i think sex is the best when your in love with that person and the love between me and my child is another when you sit and watch them and the look up at you and smile that is the best for me for me, but i suppose anything that gives you butterflys or makes you feel good about yourself has to be the best.

EXHILARATION!
Nothing like getting the heart racing and the adrenhalin pumping. I find that sex, extreme sports, driving fast, singing in front of a HUGE crowd and having a damn good workout does this for me! All should be tried at some point in your life ;)

to wake up in the morning and have one of your children come give you a hug and say daddy i love you, up until 5 &1/2 yrs agoe i would of said sex or that first rush you got off from shooting herion, but now it goes to my heart when you know your loved unconditional by someone that sweet and inocent if you dont have children then the same goes for who ever does the hugging, & loving. so-mot-it-be.
