Is it possible to get a possitive if I'm only about 2 weeks pregnant?

I tested positive a week before my missed period with a regular Walgreens brand pregnancy test. I don't think there is a definite answer to this question. Every woman's body is different. Good luck!

5 days before your missed period is the earliest. Please note that testing that early may yield a false negative result.

On a side note, at 2 weeks pregnant, generally, you are just ovulating. Pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period. So for the first two weeks, you're not really pregnant yet. By the time your period is due (or what we would consider only 2 weeks pregnant-two weeks past ovulation) you're considered 4 weeks pregnant. Best of luck.

The earliest of the early home pregnancy tests are about 85% accurate up to 5 days before your expected period.

You can get a positive after 72 hours if you are willing to go to a doctor and spend a crapload of money on a specific test, or you can get a faint positive on an at home test at 7 days past the date that you had sex on. I have gotten positives at 10 days past date of intercourse for mine.

yes...as soon as the "pregnancy hormone" gets released into your bloodstream (when the egg is fertilized), the test picks up any trace amounts.
If you were to test when you were due for your period, you would be about 2 weeks pregnant. So if you test 2 weeks after you miss your period, your about a month pregnant.
In any case, the test can always be wrong (positive or negative). Best bet is to take it 1st thing in the morning and, if you want, take a few tests for a few days, giving the hormone time to get in your blood.
**this hormone does not get released unless you are pregnant.

5 days after ovulation.
If you don't know when you ovulated, and your cycle is the average 28 day cycle, then it is generally on day 19 of your cycle. The earliest I have had a positive pregnancy test however, was about day 21.
Good luck!

10 days after conception, 4 days before your missed period. I think you might be able to, but it still might be a little too early as your pregnancy hormone if you are pregnant wont be as high. good luck

6-12 days after ovulation. Ovulation occures approx. 14 days after your last period. For example, you got your period March 30th, you would ovulation approximately on April 13th. You would be able to test 6-12 days after that which would be April 19-25th.

No, the levels of hcg in your urine will not show up at all that early. The recomendation is about a week after your missed period. I am not sure how early a blood test can give you a positive though.
