He would actually be handsome. ET did an age progression of him from pictures of him when he was younger a few years ago and he was good looking.

Like he did before his surgery, his dad was supposed of called him names when he was little so he hated himself. I no that he's now a nasty person but he must've been real damaged to feel he had to change the colour of his face and his look of his face!

He looked great before his surgery. If he would of never got his surgery, he would be looking great. If he didn't had surgery and what he would look like today without it, his aging looks would be better.
