So this guy I'm dating made some stickers for his bike by buying some sticker paper and throwing them in the printer. Now hes trying to figure out how to use them without getting them messed up by the rain or getting wet period. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Spray on lacquer, like they use for some drawings, sold in art shops.
An alternative to be found in the house would be hair spray.

With both, try on a scrap piece, or print an extra sheet just to try.
Spray a few thin layers, let them dry before praying the next.
If this is not waterproof yet, (test on your scrap piece,) you should be able to paint it over with clear lacquer.

A short time solution, a few months at most, would be sealing them in under clear sticky tape. But the glue of the tape will not stay sticky and clear for long when being outside in the sun and rain.
This tape comes in several widths, 5 cm / 2" is easy to get.

Easier would be to print in a laser printer on sticker sheets meant for outside use, or have them printed by a professional shop.

Wouldn't it had been inexpensive and method cooler simply to shop for the truly factor? Can't say I can work out methods to hold them from being ruined by means of the rain, even though probably now not using within the rain could be a well begin.
