Tell me about your self
Why do you want to be a part of this organization...
What are your strengths?
What do you think you need to improve on? DONT SAY NOTHING... everyone has things to improve on
Remember, these question are not about you personally but professionally. Trust me, I have thrown out resumes and application because the answers I got.
Good luck!

Most employers what to know three to five adjectives that describe you. (Of course they mean in reference to your job related skills or personality traits. Such as reliable, honest, friendly, etc.)
Be prepared to tell them your strength and weaknesses as many interviewers feel this is a good way to tell if you fit the job. (Such as a bank would not want someone whose weakness is attention to detail. Whereas other types of jobs would be able to work with someone in that area if their strengths fit the job.)
I never know how to respond when they ask about my hobbies. I just always try to say something that I think would be useful to that position. (Such as reading, art and music for a daycare position.)
The employer always want you to tell them why it would benefit them to hire you. (Be confident. Know your strengths and make sure they know it too. If you aren't so good at something point out a strength such as being a quick learner or a person who takes iniative.)
