I presently have an AGP dual monitor video card and would like add 2 more monitors (4 total) with the capability to have different data on each one. I am an online trader. please advise to least expensive solution.

You'll need to have 2 video cards, I think. But your computer would need a lot of RAM.

It depends on how many PCI slots you have left.

You either need one dual head PCI video card. And that is PCI not PICe. Or two PCI single head video cards.

Since you are not playing games, or doing CAD work etc. you do not need a lot of horsepower in the graphics card.

It is probably a good idea to get the came chip manufacturer as your current AGP card. So if it is N-Vidia, get another N-Vidia card, or if it is ATI, get another ATI based card. Two drivers from the same manufacturer are going to have a much better chance of cooperating. Ideally get the same chipset, then one driver should work for both.
