I don't, I think that when your sleeping you should let them be free for a while.. lol =)

Also is it bad for you if you do?

Thanks, x

Actually, I agree with your thoughts. Mostly because my mom told me that they should get alittle air? loll. She meant they should be free sometimes, yeah. (: But I also heard there's a myth that you can get cancer from sleeping with a bra on. I don't think it's true.. But it freaks me out. So yeah, And basically it's comfortable to sleep without a bra. =] Those are my thoughts about the topic, atleast.

Hell no, I don't see how anyone can sleep with a bra on. I hate wearing them when I'm awake. I think it's good to let them be free for awhile to and my doctor also tells me that it's a good idea to sleep with no undies to.

I heard its better to sleep with your bra on. I don't but I think I may start. Kind of uncomfortable though. I heard it keeps them perky.

I personally don't- way too uncomfortable- but on the Tyra show an expert said that it actually does help prevent them from saggy.
