I have read about this therapy & it aparently isn't all that popular in the US.. or if it is it is very undercover. I deal with Stats and have dealth with Stats & Trends for over 2 decades & can honestly say I have never heard of any survey that even attempted to get those numbers.
In order to have those numbers, you would have to at least have an appropriate sampe group... a sample group to represent "Adult Americans" would involved no less than 1 million Amercian Adults with the proper variables in age, social factors, economic factors, and medical ideals... so a starting group of at least 10 million & that would still be a very small sample group to get a reasonalbe nationwide picture.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

The only hard number I can find is in this story....
"Three million Chinese drink their own urine
Beijing, June 1, 200: More than three million Chinese drink their own urine in the belief it is good for their health, the official Xinhua news agency reported on Friday. Participants at a recent seminar on the practice in the northeastern city of Shenyang were told that urine contains many active ingredients which strengthen the immune system, Xinhua said.
"Urine contains no bacterium and is more sanitary than blood," Yang Liansheng, a professor from the Liaoning Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, was quoted as saying. Engineer Zhu Jinfu told the seminar he had been drinking his own urine since he was 13 and had lived a healthy life for the last 58 years, Xinhua added. Many of his forefathers had also lived to a ripe old age thanks to urine therapy, he said. (Reuters)"

I don't believe that you will find any statistics on that, because there are no commercial interests involved. It is known, however, that, for psychological reasons, american urine drinkers are a small minority in spite of it's effectiveness.
In asian countries such as India and China, though, it is common practice to drink your own, your children's or an animal's urine depending on ailment and desired effect. You may find statistics from these regions.
Even Gandhi drank urine for mental clarity and health.

I read that nearly 85 percent of all headaches may be caused by dehydration. I have had headaches and remembering what I had read, drank a couple of glasses of water and within 15 minutes or so, the headache was gone.

you might find this helpful, but I doubt you will find accurate statistical information, this is a homeopathic form of treatment and therefore not studied by the mainstream, and therefore not analyzed statistically.
