Well, you might wanna have that checked out by your Dr. just in case you have some kind of infection or something like that. Also since you masturbate frequently, it just may be that the skin on your penis is getting raw (sore). Try using some kind of lotion or lube when you play with that thing!
Oh and, Men can get thrush , despite what many people believe. It often causes redness, soreness and itching of the head of the penis, and sometimes the skin will peel. you might have an adhesion which is where the forskin adheres to the penis and can cause pain, bleeding etc or an irritation from masturbating so much so take a break from it. If it continues see a doc y'know its a check in or check put kinda thing.

it could be that you need to moisturize it it is different than have sex cause girl produce wetness and it might be that you hand is so try it ruben your skin hard and making a rash just buy some oil or some thing lotions will work if it dont go a way go se the doctor

Keep it clean & perhaps use lotion when you jack off to minimise friction damage to your skin.
Try to jack off less for the next few days, if there's no improvement then you should see a doc.

looks like you mights gots an infected wee wee. Happenned to me, it started off kinda nothing, then it turned into severe pain. IT supposably happens if it gets scratched, but mine didn't. Im begging to god you don't have it, lol. What you end up doing is taking antibiotics.

see a doctor, many times with men that has the extra forskin it gets infected and it causes many problems thats why u hear of men getting Circumsized more now.

maybe you have an infection.. if you are uncut not washing properly can get bacteria in there and get irritated. if you are sexually active you may have an STD.. go to the doctor.. and get checked out, it may just get worse and more irritated.
