if I would want to keep it to myself I wouldn't tell it here, however, I'm a liberal old lady so I'll tell you---but please don't let it get around---lol.......the best life lesson I learned was just after I was diagnosed with a terminal illness.... there is a song by Tim McGraw called "LIVE LIKE YOU WERE DYING"... and that is exactly the lesson I learned.... never take a day for granted... tell your loved ones EXACTLY how much you love them...... NEVER be too busy for ANYONE, wake up each morning being THANKFUL that you have this beautiful day ahead of you---even if it's 30 below zero and there is 2 ft of SNOW outside..... Everything in life is SO much more important when you know your life will end soon.... but it should be that important REGARDLESS of when your end comes... Every day on earth is a GIFT, every child you meet is a GIFT, your spouse is a gift, being able to SMILE is a gift... NEVER take these things for granted because you can't take them with you when you go....

wow to come up with one is way hard...there is sooo many i have learned along the way:

1.never say never, i did when it came to dating my now husband!
2. if at first you don't succeed..try, try again!
3.believe in god and trust him to lead you (always does and you never know where you are going, but in the end it becomes clear)
4. keep your friends close and enemies closer
5.the harder path is typically the more rewarding in the end.
6 and final thought: raise your children to be independent adults- in the end they will thank you for it!

well. i think i would...prefer to keep it to myself. not because i'm selfish or hoarding it like some treasure, but because all people are different and i wouldn't want to misguide someone with something that only applies specifically to my experiences, perceptions, and logic. everything i say i try to keep simple and vague. it just works better that way.

...that just because you're a good looking guy (or girl), it doesn't mean you have to act like an *******. A little humility goes a LONG way.

People will do ANYTHING for a good looking person who is NICE and SWEET. Nobody wants to be around a cocky S.O.B.
