No, she has been out of rehab for a little while now.

She is SO recycled that only her hair-dresser knows for sure (and based on the bald look, Brit won't be back in the salon for quite a while!).
This little pop-tart will never regain her former luster.
If she has half a brain (and any heart), she'd go back home to Louisiana and raise her kids up right.
But we all know that she is a no-talent bimbo who will try once again to regain her glory days...sort of like Madonna keeps trying to do.

She's been out of rehab for a few weeks now.She is back in the studio working on her new album.

NO she's not, she got out a while back. She's now practicing dancing for up coming show.
