All you liars seem to forget your reaction to al-Zarqawi's death.
Oh, and for those who think WE killed him... our military is reporting he was most probably killed by the insurgents, not our armed forces. This was a trick question; no one brought this point up, so you all lose.

2) because if it is true, we didn't off him
3) because it's further evidence that the country is in open civil war.
And to all those who say we don't gloat, we did every other time (Saddam and his sons, etc) so don't try to take the high moral ground, it's a little late for that.

That would be tacky now, wouldn't it. Perhaps we are not the evil scheming monsters the left wing extremists enjoy depicting us as.
The only people I have seen rejoicing at the death or murder of innocents are the Arabs and their ilk in the middle east, dancing and keening their joy at the news of 9/11. It is an image I shall not forget. I have little respect or use for anyone who takes delight in the misfortune of others.

Me too.
If I was an Iraq War supported I would point this out as a major victory and use it as proof that al Qaeda is in Iraq.
Anyway, I'm proud of our boys over there. They caught a bad guy and that's a victory for the U.S.

I don't know. I gave a big yell "YES!" when I heard the news and I'm not even close to being a Bushie. The only good terrorist is a dead one in my opinion.

Gloating over someone else's death is a bizarre way of thinking...as is your question asking why someone is not gloating.
The death of an enemy in war is not something to gloat over.
When war is done, soldiers are glad it is done. They are grateful that they are still in one piece, and they honor their fallen comrades.
Gloating over a dead enemy...well...it's just foolish.
And it's foolish of you to suggest it.
