thank you and i will put in more details. i this fish from petco along with another to put in with my first goldfish. suddenly my first goldfish developed ick( i hate it). so i start treating it with quick cure it has been 5 days i been treating it along with the other goldfishes because as i choose them they were the only one clean from the whit spot. so i treat all three of them together but now my little orange goldfish has black spulge on it and it lost it hunger and all it does is lay on the top tank. out of worry i moved it into a clean goldfish bowl(it only three inches big and this is a big fish bowl to the tiny fish.)i place some pieces of aquaics plants and a snail. in hope of getting it hunger back i place food in it. but it still sits there. it been about two days and im worry. it also seems to have two bloddycolored spots on the bottem of it eyes on bothe sides(just one spot on each eye) i haven't moved the other fish but im cosidering it(the one without ick)

Nope not fungus, Fungus on a fish is almost always white or gray in color. If you can describe the problem area in more detail maybe we can help you figure out what it is.

ADDITION: If you mean the bloody spots are inside the fishes eye you are dealing with a bacteria infection for that part and a possible parasite for the black areas.

OR

You might be seeing the affects of ammonia build up. if the bloody spots are on his eye or on the eye socket. Ammonia problems could be the cause of bloody areas like that and the blackened areas as well as the lose of appetite. Moving him as you have should improve him within a day if it is ammonia. If he gets no better in 1 to 2 days and still won't eat, I would say you probably have a bacteria infection on the fish and would suggest treating him with Maracyn 2 or Maracyn TC.

Your fish do not sound like they have fungus, however they may have developed a secondary aeromonas bacterial infection based on your description. A Methylene Blue bath for 30 minutes using tank water at double recommend tank strength is very helpful for both your bacterial problem and ich.
Nitrofuarazone is effective for aeromonas as is Triple Sulfa and sometimes Melafix.

Consider your water parameters, as these are often incorrect when ich and especially aeromonas is rampent.

*Ammonia; should be 0
*Nitires; also 0
*Nitrates: under 40-50 ppm
*GH and KH; 100 & 50 ppm minimum for goldfish. Calcium and electrolytes are extremely important to healing and proper osmotic function (even more so in goldfish). These are found in these parameters.

Changing 25% of your water and 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons of water will add electrolyte and generally help if parameters are off.

I recommend reading these articles about aeromonas, disease prevention and ich:
